  • This assumes you have "SpecoTech Multi Client" software on your computer and configured for your stores.
  • Only ARLs and above have access to retrieve footage remotely
  • If you don't see the software, your stores on the list or cannot connect to the store, please get in touch with Sailormen IT department
  • The downloading speed of the footage is dependent on how much footage you desire and the internet connection between the store and the user.

  1. Open the "SpecoTech Multi Client" on your laptop, select the store you need footage from and click on the magnifying glass icon.
  2. A new window for playback will show. The store you need footage from should be selected and says "RemotePB (Remote PlayBack)"

  4. Select the date you need footage, then select the "Go To Specific Time" and input the start time you need footage from.
  5. Afterward, you will see the footage with the date and time you were looking for on the screen.

      • Should ALWAYS be AVI
  9. After you press "Ok" it will start downloading the footage. You will see the percentage go up.
