Speco DVR - How to Export Footage to USB
- Recommended USB Size: 8 GB
- If a lot of long-time footage is needed, you will need a higher storage USB.
- A USB mouse connected to the Speco DVR
- Input the USB to the Speco DVR using the front or the back port.
- Using your mouse, right-click anywhere on the screen, and on the sub-menu select "Search"
- A Login window will come up. Log in as the "GM" user. (Password: chicken)
- On the next window, select "Go To Specific Time" then after, below it, input the date & time of what you're looking for and then click on "Play"
- You should see the selected footage playing. On the bottom of the screen, you will see the time bar and options to play, pause, forward, etc.
- On the options, select "EXPORT"
- On the next window, make sure to select "AVI - Separated Subtitle, Mac Compatible" and click on "Next"
- On the next window, make sure "USB Drive" is an option and click on "Next".
- On the next window, select what cameras (Channels) you want to export, select the correct "Start Time" and the "Duration". Afterward, select "calculation" and after a bit, it will show you how much space it will take on the USB.
- Afterward, select "Start" and it will start the process of exporting the footage to the USB. When it's complete, you can select "close"
- After you select "close" you can then go ahead and remove the USB and you now have the footage on the USB drive.
