Setting Store Closed Message on HME Base Station

 

  1. Access the "Menu."

 

 

  1. Navigate to "Message Center."

 

 

  1. Select "Customer Greeter."

 

 

  1. Use the down arrow button to scroll through the menu until "Store Closed" is displayed.

 

 

  1. Press "Edit".

 

 

  1. Activate the greeter message by pressing the "Message" button to switch it to "ON." It will be indicated with a check mark icon. The system will play a default "Store Closed" message. Alternatively you can record your message using the Review/Record button and a headset.

 

 

  1. Go to "Settings."

 

 

  1. Ensure that "Hear Customer" is checked to allow the message to play for the customer.

 

 

  1. Save your changes by pressing the "Back" button. You can confirm the message is active by observing the check mark on the following screen.

 

 

This will play the message to customers during hours when the restaurant is closed. The clock and store hours must be set correctly. This will set the message to play automatically whenever the restaurant is closed and a car approaches the drive-thru.
