Setting Store Closed Message on 3M Base Station

 

1. Put on a working headset and power it on with the on/off switch on the inside of the headset.

 

 

2. At the base station, log into the base station: Password: 12345 + “Mode”

 

 

3. After Logging into the base station, continue pressing “Mode” until you reach the Greeter Menu.

 

 

4. Select "Record Greeter Messages"

 

 

5. Pick a number you want to assign to the greeter. Record Message <X> where “x” represents the greeting number you want to record.

 

 

6. Scroll to Record.

 

 

7. Press and hold the Page button on the headset.

 

 

8. Press and hold Service on the base station and speak the message you want to record.

 

 

9. When finished, release Service, then release the page button.

 

10. To hear the new greeting played back, scroll to Playback and press Service.

 

 

11. Once you are satisfied with your message, Press “Mode” to go back to the Greeter Menu and then go to “Greeter Setup”.

 

 

12. Scroll Down to “Restaurant Closed Playback Message” and set it to the greeter number you just recorded.

 

 

This will play the message to customers during hours when the restaurant is closed. The clock and store hours must be set correctly. This will set the message to activate automatically whenever the restaurant is closed.
