SYSTEM USER ACCOUNT SICOM POS

This guide is for Creating System User Accounts in the POS

 

1. Log In to the SICOM POS Portal in your BOPC

 

 

2. Navigate to the Active System User/Password Edit Button and click on it

 

System > Configuration > Active System User/Password Edit

 

 

3. Click on 'New' and the following parameters:

- User Name

- Password and Confirm Password

- Security Question 1&2

- Answer and Confirm Answer 1&2

- Access Level should be 30 Unless otherwise instructed

- Email Address: Use Store Email Address popeyesfamous'xxx'@sailormen.com

- Employee: Select the Employee name from the drop-down

 

 

4. Select POS Access from the tabs:

- POS Access Level: Set to '15'

- Manager Card Number: Use the employee clock in number

- DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN THE 'POS PIN' FIELD

 

 

5. Click on 'ADD RECORD' and Update/ Refresh your Manager Terminal (6>Request)

 

 

The employee will now have a System User Account and Password and you may now enroll their finger print for manager approvals and clock in.
