At the base station: 

1.  touch the "wrench" icon
   
2. enter password 12345. (password may vary per store.)
   
3. press "Headsets"
   
4. Press "ID Registration". Press "Start"
5. Press "Yes" at the Confirmation Screen
   

At the Headset: 

1. Make sure the headset is Powered off and insert a charged battery. 
2. Press and hold the "T" and "P" buttons, then twist down the mic to power on the headset. (Power light should blink.) (See the image below)
   
3. Press and release "T" ( Blinking amber light will turn solid. Could take up to 15 seconds) 
   

At the Base station: 

1. Press "Stop" on the base station. (Power light on the headset will turn solid green.)

Press the "Info" icon to return to "Main Menu"
