HikVision DVR - How to Export Footage Remotely (iVMS-4200)

• This assumes you have "iVMS-4200" software on your computer and configured for your stores. 
• Only ARLs and above have access to retrieve footage remotely.
• If you don't see the software, your stores on the list or cannot connect to the store, please contact Sailormen IT by opening a ticket.
• The downloading speed of the footage is dependent on how much footage you desire and the internet connection between the store and the user.

1. Open iVMS-4200 Software and go to "Remote Playback"
   
2. On the top left of the window select the "Calendar Icon" to select the date and set the start & end time
   
3. Afterward, select the store and double-click on the camera you wish to see to see the desired footage.
   
4. Click on the "Download for Multiple Cameras" button at the bottom left of the screen to open the download window, select the camera to download, and the date and time, then press on download. 
   
5. The download will start and you will see a progress bar for the download
   
6. When the bar is full the download is complete and you now have the footage downloaded to the PC on the set-up file path.
